James Fletcher
Dr James Fletcher is a qualified specialist in Medical Oncology and General and Acute Medicine. He is currently appointed as a Medical Oncology Research Fellow in the Division of Cancer Services, Princess Alexandra Hospital, and is a PhD Candidate with the Faculty of Medicine, The University of Queensland. He is also affiliated with the Centre for Health Services Research, Faculty of Medicine, The University of Queensland, COSA's Geriatric Oncology Emerging Experts and Researches committee, and the International Society of Geriatric Oncology (SIOG). His PhD focuses on the measurement, management and mitigation of frailty in older adults with cancer, and determining whether comprehensive geriatric assessment improves attainment of patient-identified goals in frail older adults with cancer.
